Services include Phase I and II environmental site assessments/audits, surface and subsurface soil assessments, asbestos and lead-based paint surveys, groundwater assessments (qualitative and quantitative), environmental compliance, landfill evaluations and closure plans, air quality compliance and permitting, hazardous waste management, and waste reduction/pollution prevention plans.
Flood Control and Drainage
Services include Flood Insurance Studies (FIS), drainage master planning, hydrologic modeling, hydraulic modeling, 404 permitting, NPDES Permitting and geomorphology.
Land Development
Services include site engineering and development projects ranging in size from parking lots and building site plans all the way up to large project planning and site engineering for projects encompassing thousands of acres.
Land Surveying
In addition to the Survey Manager, the department is comprised of fully equipped Survey Crews, a Crew Manager and a Survey Technician.
Landscape Architecture
Services include a full range of landscape architectural services to assist our clients at achieving their goals, building value for their projects, and enhancing the environment.
Natural Resources
Services include environmental regulatory compliance under the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, and National Historic Preservation Act, land use planning and suitability analysis, environmental justice modeling, endangered species surveys, herpetological research, public presentations and website development, demographic surveys, and resource management and recovery plans.
Transportation
Services include a full range of planning and design services for roadway, rail and air traffic needs. We specialize in the preparation of documents supporting the construction process from scoping meetings to construction staking and administration.
Water and Wastewater
Services include a variety of water projects including water supply, transmission, wastewater collection, treatment, discharge, recharge and reuse.
